MOSCOW, Apr 12 (PRIME) -- The management of Russian gas giant Gazprom has suggested the board of directors keep the company’s dividend payment flat on the year at 8.04 rubles per share on 2017 results, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The major owners of Gazprom are the Federal State Property Management Agency with a 38.37% stake and state energy holding Rosneftegaz with 10.97%.
